GitOrange
A single-tenant git host with the GitHub interface your team already knows, deployed as one Cloudflare Worker. Repositories live in Cloudflare Artifacts, and your existing GitHub Actions workflows run on Cloudflare Containers.

GitOrange is a self-hosted GitHub for small teams, in the spirit of GitHub Enterprise Server: private to your organization, with the repository, pull request, and diff views people already know. There is no VM, no disk to back up, and no git daemon to patch.
Repositories are stored in Cloudflare Artifacts, Cloudflare's git-compatible storage. Metadata lives in D1, Git LFS files live in R2, and invitations go out through Cloudflare Email Sending. The whole thing deploys as a single Worker.
Bring Your GitHub Actions Workflows
GitOrange runs the .github/workflows/*.yml files you already have, with the same syntax. Each job gets its own Linux container on Cloudflare Containers, with live logs, re-runs, cancel, and a checks box on pull requests. Typical build-and-test workflows (checkout, set up Node, install, test) work unchanged, and anything unsupported fails with a message saying what to change.

Pull Requests
Open, comment, close, and reopen pull requests with Markdown comments. The merge box detects conflicts, and you can merge with a merge commit or squash, then delete the branch. The files-changed tab shows per-file unified diffs with diffstats and GitHub's syntax colors for 35+ languages.

Git Over HTTPS, With LFS
Clone and push with a personal access token as the password. Git traffic is authenticated, then streamed to Artifacts with a short-lived token scoped to that one repository. Git LFS files up to 5 GB move directly between git lfs and R2 through signed URLs, so they never pass through the Worker.
Built for Teammates Who Don't Use Git
Every repository offers a ready-made prompt to paste into Claude Code or another coding agent. The agent sets up the repository and Git LFS, then makes changes on branches and links them to pull requests, without the access token ever passing through the agent. A second prompt imports an existing GitHub repository, with every branch, tag, and LFS file, and can keep it in sync.
Private by Default
The first visitor creates the admin, and everyone after that joins by single-use email invitation. Personal repositories are private to you, your collaborators, and site admins, or can be made internal for every member. Team repositories are visible to everyone on the team.
A Few Dollars a Month
GitOrange runs on the Cloudflare Workers Paid plan at $5/month, which includes 10,000 Artifacts operations and 1 GB of repository storage. LFS storage is R2's first 10 GB free, and Actions jobs bill as Containers only while they run. A Claude Code onboarding skill creates the database, sets secrets, runs migrations, and deploys for you.
Source, docs, and the onboarding skill live on GitHub → choyiny/gitorange.
